What we do

Kaiju is a contributor intelligence platform built for crypto and web3 teams. We help projects identify, measure, and reward their real community — the people who actually show up, create content, and drive conversations across X, Discord, and GitHub.

Instead of relying on follower counts or vibes, Kaiju scores contributors on what they actually do: the quality of their posts, the depth of their engagement, their consistency over time. Six scoring dimensions, one defensible signal.

Why we exist

Most crypto projects have no idea who their best contributors are. Community managers run on spreadsheets and gut feel. Reward decisions end up political instead of empirical. The people doing the most valuable work — writing threads, answering questions, building in public — often go unrecognized while low-effort participants game their way to the top.

Kaiju exists to fix that. We replace subjective judgment with transparent, data-driven scoring so every contributor is evaluated on the same criteria and every reward decision has a paper trail.

How it works

Kaiju pulls data from X/Twitter timelines, Discord servers, and GitHub repositories. Our scoring engine combines engagement metrics, LLM-based content quality analysis, account quality signals, and cross-platform identity resolution into a unified contributor score.

Projects configure their own scoring weights, tier thresholds, and role mappings. Contributors are automatically ranked into tiers — Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze — and can have Discord roles assigned in real time as their scores change.

Our approach

• Quality over quantity. Posting volume means nothing if the content is shallow. Our LLM analysis scores originality, insight, relevance, and thought depth for every piece of content.
• Transparent scoring. Every score has a full breakdown. Contributors and project admins can see exactly how each dimension was calculated and weighted.
• Anti-gaming. We filter CTA participation, detect low-quality engagement patterns, and use account quality providers to identify inauthentic accounts.
• Project-first configuration. Every project is different. Scoring weights, quality thresholds, tier breakpoints, and feature toggles are fully configurable per project.
